Radio Network Optimisation Expert (RNOE)
Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for a Radio Network Optimisation Expert to work with our Telecoms client in Vienna, Austria.
The role involves:
Development and implementation of optimization steps in the radio network through parameter and antenna orientation changes.
Location-based detailed planning of the radio interface of 2G, 3G and LTE sites
Verification of possible mobile sites in direct cooperation with external contractor sites.
Optimization of network structures based on quality and location.
Travel may be required in Germany and abroad.
Analysis of performance problems of individual sites.
Skills Required:
- GERAN
- UTRAN
- LTE
- Project Management
- ARCVIEW
- Monitoring system ( MYCOM etc. )
- RF planning tool ( PegaPlan etc. )
- MS Office
Languages: English any German skills are advantageous.
Location: The amazing city of Vienna, Austria.
Rate: Up to euro;45 per hour.
Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension
