Role: Technical Scrum Master role

Scrum Master

  • Total IT experience of 10+ years. Should have 2-3 years' experience in some BPM technologies (prefer IBM or any other such as Pega, TIBCO etc)
  • Should have successfully completed at least 2 projects following Agile Methodologies (end to end)
  • Conducts the daily Scrum meetings, assists in Product Backlog development and prioritization.
  • Oversees all testing activities, participates in Defect and Platform Problem identification and resolution.
  • Ensures that the Task board is upto date and provides updates to the stakeholders on a periodic basis.
  • Manages all activities executed by On-Site personnel and serves as the liaison between client and Tech M Off-Shore counterpart.

IBM BPM or IBM Middleware experience are mandatory. 

Responsible for the program delivery of large complex projects or multiple related projects managed as a program within the defined levels of scope, schedule, cost and quality ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing all the SDLC stages as applicable to the project or all aspects of the program including multiple related projects/sub projects and ensuring integration of multiple projects/streams of delivery within the defined program to ensure successful delivery of overall program. 

Typical Responsibilities: 

Customer Management 
Lead program reviews and status updates with the customer 
Manage client expectations and understand client needs in the context of the program/project. 
Participate in customer steering committee meetings and present the project/program status 
Establish relationship with customer program manager/director. 
Establish communication with key customer project/program stakeholders. 
Present project risks and mitigations appropriately. 
Lead customer negotiations related to changes to the project/program such as scope changes, issues, risks and plan changes
