Zur Unterstützung in einem unserer laufenden Projekte bei unserem Kunden Nokia Networks in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Senior Berater mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung zur Unterstützung im Change Management und Rollout eines großen IT-Projekts. Purpose:
Support the Change Management & Authorization team in successful delivery of a financial tool (SAP) implementation in the field by driving Change Management activities.
Main responsibility areas:
Support the Head of Change Management, Authorization & Compliance in all ongoing activities in managing the Change Management team, the global Change Network and Build vendor to complete the deliverables in the Project plan, on time and in high quality. Work in close cooperation with other Project Module leads and Business Responsibilities.
Job description:
- Support coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within the Project Change Management Module (Process /Change
Network /Training/Communication/HR)
- Support Communication team in content related input selection
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule within MS Project
- Represent the Change Management Module in Release & Content meetings and align outcomes with the Change
Management team
- Coordinate Roll-out of Project End to End Process Workshops in the Regions
Experiences required:
- Knowledge about Change Management
- knowledge and experience in Nokia Network Product and Project business added value process and tools in Nokia business
processes and tools
- Strong financial background with the ability to understand larger entities and causalities in the value chain
- Experience to manage and coordinate a (virtual) team
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Skills to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- you enjoy the heat of project world, collaboration and building contact networks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is project language!)
- Good knowledge within MS Office Programs (e.g. Power Point, Excel,…)
- Willing to travel within the different regions
