For our important client, we are looking for candidates experienced in the area of Testing for a banking DWH project located in Vienna.Parameters:
- Start: 1.3.2016, fulltime, on-site
- Duration: till the end of 2016 with a possibility to prolong
- Place of work: Vienna
Job Description:
- Test case design and the creation of test scenarios
- Execution of functional and non-functional test cases
- Evaluate test results and document test results into the defect tracking tool
- Automate test cases as appropriate and feasible
- Support test effort estimations
- Report to the test manager in creating test related reports and test plans
- Suggest enhancements on test process if applicable
- Analyze requirements, specifications, design documentation and other project
documentation
- Design functional and non-functional test cases
- Create test data
Requirements:
- Testing experience
- Very good knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of data base systems (e.g. Teradata, Oracle, Informix)
- Good knowledge HP Quality Center (ex Test Director)
- Good knowledge of the defect life cycle
- Basic knowledge of UNIX
- Optional/favorable knowledge: Test automation in the context of DWH, Teradata, Datastage, ODI
- Very good written and spoken command of English or German language
- Optional/favorable experience: batch interface testing, domain knowledge in banking
