Wanted: Java/Calypso Developer
For our client, the IT solutions provider of one of the biggest banks in Austria, we are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong Calypso Development Background.
Your Task:
- Within a team of 3 Developers you will be responsible for Application Development in Java for Front, Middle and Back Office Solutions
- You will be in charge of development of Calypso solutions using the Calypso application and writing custom code against the application including workflows, interfaces and engines, using Java
- You will be responsible for stabilisation and performance optimization tasks
- You will work closely with End Users and IT stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong experience with the Calypso application, at least 2-3 years
- Strong Java Development Experience
- Experience in writing custom-code against the Calypso application (workflows/interfaces/engines), preferably with Version 14
- Experience in Oracle, JBoss and other Application Servers
- Experience in working and communicating with users and IT at all seniority levels
- Experience in the Financial/Banking sector, preferably some know how in Equitiy Derivatives and Value at risk
- Fluent English and some German language skill would be an advantage
