Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Senior IT Infrastruktur Projektleiter IAM ADS PAM Banken / Börsen wie folgt:

Hauptaufgaben:
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong Privileged Access Management (PAM) background in the context of tiered Active Directory Infrastructures (Microsoft ESAE). The candidate must combine his/her PAM and AD expertise with senior project management capabilities, being highly structured in work approach and methodology, possess sound project management skills, demonstrate high commitment to reaching agreed goals, have excellent stakeholder management competencies (both project team, project board and direct stakeholders impacted by the project), as well as strong communication skills. The project is an ongoing one, where the solution concept is already established. The candidate will be working alongside and closely with the PAM-AD product owner, who is responsible for the overall project solutions vision and design.
Projektbeschreibung:
Under the aegis of Privileged Access Management (PAM), the project wants to ensure business safety by defining, controlling, monitoring, securing and auditing all human and non-human privileged accesses across. As privileged accesses are currently not consistently managed, the goals of Ægis project are - Define a PAM architecture for privileged personal & non-personal accounts, i.e.: Segregation of standard access & privileged access to applications; Determine how privileged (personal & non-personal) accounts must be managed by the IAM solution; Define & set-up a Cloud & On-Prem Tiering concept for all privileged accounts that were not in scope for the PAM AD Phase 1 project; Secure privileged access for up to 5 applications and platforms, as a POC.

Remote Regelung -> vor Ort beim Kunden 40-60% / HomeOffice 40-60% je nach Phase des Projektes
Es werden Betreibungs- und Strafregister verlangt (Wenn wohnhaft in Deutschland = SCHUFA Auskunft und polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)
Zusätzlich spezielle Regelung zu Remote Arbeit -> diese ist nur erlaubt innerhalb der CH betreffend interner Regulatorien / Bankgeheimnis
