o Designed a comprehensive curriculum including in the areas of 1) professional communication, 2) conflict and negotiation, 3) interpersonal skills, 4) project management and 5) professional coaching. This curriculum was based on valid and tested scientific theories for adult education such as Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), Non-violent communication (by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, USA), Conflict methodology (by Prof. Glasl and Prof. Schwarz, Austria), among others.
o Implemented a conflict resolution program through role play methodology and video analyses of individual and team behaviour in various settings.
o Performed management-level single and group coaching in order to facilitate the implementation of the curriculum.
o Reported to the mayor of Stadtgemeinde Wolfsberg.
oFurther enhanced curriculum by incorporating experimental methodologies including “horse coaching”, “HDI Brain Dominance Test based on the version of Prof. Heintel of Alpen Adria University” as well as Enneagramm, a model which divides up the human being into nine different personality types (introduced by the Russian teacher I. LKH Klagenfurt: 2004-2005
o Appointed by the CEO and CFO of the largest hospital of Carinthia to develop a program with a goal of increasing staff productivity throughout the administrative staff of the entire hospital´s 28 clinical departments. Program was called “Office Management”.
o Methodology included programs for 1) team-building, 2) conflict recognition and resolution and 3) fostering a collaborative attitude amongst the 28 departments.
o Following the success of the program among the administrative staff, a similar project was granted, developed and implemented among the clinical administrative staff.
o Performed one-on-one coaching with the highest level of administrative management to facilitate the internal implementation process.
Kostmann, St. Andrea im Lavanttal: 2004
o n this 6 month-contract, was appointed to identify company-wide operational and systematic obstacles to high performance project management in the construction industry.
o Formed a consortium of consultants which conducted the project by 1) interviewing top management, 80 project leaders as well as administrative staff, 2) conducting qualitative analysis of interview data using a structured questionnaire (NLP Methodology – LAB-Profile / Metaprogram), and 3) formulating solutions to address identified obstacles.
